How billing works

Invoices generate monthly, based on the schedule you set in the Parent Portal.

You'll get an email and portal notice when a new invoice is ready — usually a week before it's due.

Pay by card or bank transfer in the portal, or turn on AutoPay to never miss a due date.

Need to change your child's days? Update your schedule anytime before the weekly cutoff and next month's invoice adjusts automatically.
